Back Story of Longboard Cowboys:

30 years ago, 6 cowboys were sitting around in the Descanso Town Hall, working on tri-tip and tequila. One cowboy was a horse trainer, another a bit and spur maker, one a leatherman, one a rancher, one a legendary surfboard shaper and another an artist. After talking, they put together that they all surfed up and down the coast into Baja in the '60s and '70s and cowboyed by the sea. This is when our business partner, Robert Pace Kidd, Artist/Founder and one of the original cowboys, coined the phrase "Longboard Cowboys". We felt compelled to carry on this legacy and have since taken Robert Pace Kidd's artwork and created, Longboard Cowboys.
